Reins Farm? I think it is called. There are no facilities.

7. Alpine Heartland Mount Cook
a.East side of Lake Tekapo along unsealed road towards round hill skifield, fabulous turquoise lake and mountain views.
b.East side of Lake Pukaki, again unsealed roads but views of mount Cook and lake, good area for camping because there is little room to camp in the Mount Cook area.
8. Frankton Motor camp: camp 6km east of Queenstown beside lake. You can walk into Queenstown and catch the bus back!
9. Ta Anau DOC campsite Lake Gunn: great site before Homer tunnel. Get up early 7.30, to reach Milford early, park and catch an early boat trip. Road to Milford Sound fill up with petrol in Te Anau.
10. Mountian view Top 10 Holiday park - Hamner Springs - 500m to thermal pools & town centre
